Sponsorship Opportunities
Link your organization to the Symphony!
Whether you are a business or an individual, we welcome your sponsorship of a concert, an artist, or even a season! Sponsorships are available at various levels, so it’s easy to find one that fits your budget. Your name, or the name of your business, will be mentioned prominently in advertising, press releases and promotions related to your sponsorship.
Sponsorships are especially important for local businesses who want to do something positive for their employees and their community. Every dollar of arts funding translates into an additional $4 generated in local spending.
A vibrant performing arts community is important to economic and commercial vitality, and many Americans express higher trust and lean toward buying products from companies that support the arts. In addition:
The presence of a professional symphony adds to the cultural richness of our hometown and helps attract new residents, businesses and skilled professionals. It creates a feeling of community and strengthens our connection to each other.
While arts budgets are being cut in our schools, the Symphony practices educational outreach through the Symphony Children’s Concerts, side-by-side concerts with gifted teens from area high schools and free tickets for music students.
Not-for-profit arts organizations, such as the Symphony, purchase supplies, contract for services, pay their employees and acquire assets from within this community.

Program Book Advertising

Why advertise with the Glens Falls Symphony?
Each concert is attended by as many as 1,000 people, most of whom are local residents. Your advertisement also gets in front of our audience at least five times over the course of the season.
The high quality 70-page book has lasting value, and patrons often take it home with them, giving your ad a long shelf life.
Statistics show that patrons of cultural events tend to support the businesses that support their favorite arts organizations.
Your support helps us keep our ticket prices low and allows the Symphony to provide a limited number of tickets per concert to students who are financially unable to attend our performances.
To learn more about specific naming opportunities or to talk about how you might make your own unique contribution to the future of the Glens Falls Symphony, call the office at 518-793-1348 or email us at info@gfso.org.
