We welcome you, your friends, your family, and your neighbors to the performances of the Glens Falls Symphony. The information below should answer questions you may have, but we invite you to call our box office at (518) 793-1348 if there is any other way we can help.

What is a Season Ticket?

Season tickets are the most efficient and cost-effective way to experience all the regular-season concerts of the Glens Falls Symphony. Buying a season ticket saves you 20% compared to purchasing tickets individually. You choose your seat for the season at the time of purchase, and you have first rights to that seat when you renew the following year.

Ticket Pricing 2024-25:

Adult 4-Concert Season Ticket:

Tier 1: $155 Tier 2: $135 Tier 3: $105

Student/Child Season Ticket*:

All seats: $48

*Children under the age of 18, or students currently attending a college w/valid ID.

Family 4-Concert Season Ticket for 2 Adults and 2 Children:

All Tiers $235.00

Note: A member of the Symphony team will contact all Child/Student/Family ticket holders who purchase online to confirm eligibility.

What’s Included?

Pre-concert talks: Prior to all regular season concerts (except holiday) we feature a pre-concert talk, which is free to all ticket buyers. All talks occur at 3pm prior to the concert. These discussions provide a more in-depth look into the music performed that evening and give concertgoers more to listen for during the concert. Lectures will be hosted by Maestro Charles Peltz, front of stage, at the venue the symphony is performing at that afternoon.

Ordering Tickets

You can purchase your tickets through the medium that is most convenient for you.

1) Online – Order 24/7 and choose your own seats on our secure website. Tickets are mailed, held at Will Call (see #5 below), or sent to your email so you can show us on your phone the day of the concert.

2) By phone – Call the Box Office at (518) 793-1348. If you are prompted to leave a message, please do so and we will return your call as soon as possible.

3) In person – The Glens Falls Symphony Office. Come see us upstairs, above the LARAC Gallery, at 7 Lapham Place, Glens Falls, NY 12801. (Note: No Elevator.) Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, and may vary based on holidays and staffing.

4) At the door on concert days – The GFS Box Office opens at 2:30pm prior to all five concerts in the regular season. (This season, October 6, November 10, December 8, March 16, May 4.) The box office is located at the entrance of the venue in which the orchestra is performing on the day of the performance.

5) Will Call, or how to pick up tickets you have ordered in advance - Come to the “Will Call” table in the box office area in the entrance to the venue. There you can pick up your pre-ordered tickets.

Terms & Conditions

All ticket reservations are non-refundable. If you choose to donate your tickets back, please request this at least 24 hours prior to the event. We will send you a donation receipt for the face value of the ticket(s), and will only apply to performances within the current season. Lost Ticket/Replacement

We will gladly replace your lost or damaged tickets at no cost.

All season and single tickets are subject to fees that help cover the costs associated with our ticketing software and credit card processing fees.

How Long Is Intermission?

For Glens Falls Symphony performances, intermission generally runs fifteen minutes. This may vary for certain kinds of performances.

The Glens Falls Symphony is excited to announce the 2024-25 regular season! Season tickets for the 2024/25 season include seats for all five of these engaging performances by nationally and globally renowned artists. We kicked off the season on Sunday, October 6, 2024, with Tony DeSare and his band, who performed with the orchestra.

Join us on November 10, 2024, world-renowned classical guitarist Eliot Fisk joins the orchestra with music by Gandolfi, and Rodrigo, with a beautiful performance of Schubert’s Symphony No. 5. Don’t miss the Holiday Pops concert on December 8, 2024, with local high school choirs and dancers from Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet. On March 16, 2025, Pianist Chris Reynolds comes to Glens Falls to present a program of innovative piano and orchestra selections from Paul Hindemith, and Saint-Saens. Our season will come to a moving and dynamic conclusion on May 4, 2025, with Gustav Mahler's majestic Symphony No 5.

Hometown favorite Tony DeSare and his band performed their “Sinatra & Beyond” show with the Glens Falls Symphony to kick off our 41st season! This concert has passed, but you can buy season tickets for the four concerts below!

Classical Guitarist Eliot Fisk

The last direct disciple of Spanish Guitar Virtuoso Andrés Segovia, Eliot Fisk is one of the world’s most acclaimed classical guitarists. This concert will feature music by Michael Gandolfi, Joaquín Rodrigo, and Franz Schubert. Composer Michael Gandolfi will be in residence for the performance.

Holiday Pops! 2024

Join us for the beloved “Holiday Pops!” tradition, with special selections from “The Nutcracker” ballet, performed by dancers from Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet. High School choral singers from South Glens Falls, Warrensburg, and our region to make the concert hall joyful.

First Presbyterian Church in Glens Falls

Pianist Chris Reynolds

Mr. Reynolds has been described as playing with “jaw-dropping virtuosity” by Opera News, and he currently serves on the artistic staff of Deutsche Oper Berlin.

Mr. Reynolds has performed at Lincoln Center, and in concert halls around the world. This concert will feature music by Hindemith, and Saint-Saëns.

Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 5

One of the singular, titanic works in music comes to our stage, as the orchestra presents this historic and moving work as we close out an amazing season of music.

Come hear why Mahler’s grand, yet incredibly human, musical expression has been featured and celebrated prominently for centuries.

This concert is dedicated to Concertmaster Michael Emery and Assistant Principal Viola Stephani Emery.
